Im launching my course The Endo Relief Method in 8 weeks. ’m looking for a detail-oriented VA with strong English and experience in perosnal branding, social media video editting, content marketing, email automation, and landing page setup. You’ll be supporting me with an 8-week launch for my coaching program. You need to be able to bring to live my personal brand: Emotional, nurturing, dreamer, quirky and be able to deliver my content pillars through editting well: -Understanding our cycle, Matrescense, and personal growth through Endometriosis. Tasks include: Editing and repurposing social media content (Instagram captions, carousel text, short scripts) Setting up email automations in HubSpot (campaigns, sequences, tags, triggers) making sure emails are going tot he correct people, setting up lead magnets etc. Assisting with landing page formatting + publishing (Canva/HubSpot/WordPress style builder) Light copy editing to match my personal brand voice (warm, real, relatable) Occasional admin tasks related to the launch Must-haves: Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone/voice Proven experience with marketing tools (email automation, Canva, landing pages, social media strategy/growth) Reliable communication (daily updates in Slack/WhatsApp) Ability to work independently with clear briefs, available for voice note or meetings to make sure things are being delivered properly and we are both on the right page. Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with women’s wellness / coaching / holistic industries Graphic design basics (Canva templates, simple graphics) Compensation: $7–12 USD/hr depending on experience Around 5-8 hrs a week with the possibility of more/week for 8 weeks (with potential for ongoing work) Check out my instagram & tiktok @oritheendocoach for both of them to get an idea of my personal branding and work.
