About the Role:
As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the national and heritage brand across multiple channels. This role focuses on branding while also supporting business development activities, requiring a blend of organisational, technical, analytical, creative, and communication skills. You will be responsible for effectively developing, managing, and implementing key print and digital marketing and communications activities from concept to execution.
Principal Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Support, develop, and manage key print and digital marketing and communications assets, including presentations, brochures, capability statements, organisational template documents, social media content, and mass internal and external communications.
- Support maintaining the brand identity, utilising and expanding the company style guide, ensuring new assets are aligned in brand design, tone, and voice.
- Effectively manage the online performance, ensuring content is engaging, professional, and aligned with the brand. This includes monitoring and improving SEO, coordinating website changes, and managing the social media presence.
- Coordinate and compile the Staff Newsletter, ensuring it caters to a diverse workforce.
- Administer and develop a comprehensive library of marketing and communications assets.
- Assist in supporting business development activities that relate to branding.
- Other duties as required relevant to this position.
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Qualities Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in the integrated use of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in writing clear and targeted communications for various audiences.
- An analytical problem solver who is resourceful and adaptable.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Has genuine interest in design, branding, and storytelling – demonstrated through professional or personal projects.
- Experienced in producing marketing and communication assets across different formats and channels.
