Located in Stirling, South Australia, guests can enjoy an 18-hole course, practice facilities, and coaching, all open to the public without membership. Meanwhile, the venue accommodates weddings, corporate events, and other private functions. This makes the business a destination for sport and social occasions.

They are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and optimising online marketing campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions. This role involves collecting and interpreting data from digital platforms, generating insights, and reporting on campaign performance.

The annual salary for this position is $76,515 to $77,000 plus superannuation.

Tasks include:

• Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, email campaigns, and paid advertising performance to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports for management summarising key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, Return on Investment (ROI), and audience insights.

• Optimise website content, keywords, and search campaigns to improve organic search rankings and paid advertising performance.

• Track engagement, growth, and effectiveness across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, recommending improvements.

• Evaluate competitor digital activity, trends, and strategies to inform the venue’s digital marketing approach.

• Support creation of digital content, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.

• Segment audiences, A/B test content, and analyse results to maximise open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.

• Coordinate Google Ads, social media ads, and other paid campaigns, monitoring budgets and adjusting bids to achieve performance targets.

• Measure the financial and engagement impact of digital campaigns to ensure marketing spend aligns with business objectives.

• Work with sales, events, and membership teams to align digital campaigns with venue objectives and event promotions.

• Maintain compliance with privacy regulations, brand guidelines, and online advertising standards.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies, recommending strategies to improve online presence and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualification.

• Should have at least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.

• Should have at least one (1) year of relevant experience.
