This is a full-time role with full executive responsibility for market entry, regulatory compliance, operational launch, and strategic growth within the sector.
This role will engage directly with regulators, partners, and suppliers; oversee site selection and operational set-up; and build the Australian team needed to deliver high-quality, compliant care services.

• Direct site selection, lease negotiation, and premises fit-out – requiring on-the-ground decision-making to consider and ensure alignment with operational and commercial needs.
• Establish and embed organisational policies, quality systems, and operational standards in line with Australian regulations and company values.
• Build and lead the Australian leadership team by recruiting managers and staff, establishing clear performance expectations.
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations and engagements with Australian regulators, industry bodies, funding agencies, and strategic partners.
• Maintain direct reporting to the C-Suite leadership in the UK on performance, market conditions, compliance status, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure robust corporate governance, financial management, and risk management processes are in place from inception.
