UQ’s Centre for Clinical Research Part-time (80%), fixed-term position through until December 2026 Base salary will be in the range $115,645 - $129,654 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 8) Based at our Herston Campus About This Opportunity Join the Centre of Research Excellence to Improve the Quality of Survival in Gynaecological Cancer Patients (ALIVE WELL) and play a pivotal role in advancing world-class research that improves outcomes and quality of life for women affected by gynaecological cancers. As Program Manager, you will lead strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery across a collaborative network of researchers, clinicians, consumers, and partner institutions. Key responsibilities will include: Drive the strategic and operational management of the CRE, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements are achieved. Coordinate and support multidisciplinary research projects, building strong collaborations across partner organisations and stakeholders. Facilitate consumer and community engagement in research, embedding inclusive practices to maximise impact and translation. Lead governance, reporting, and committee management processes to support effective decision-making and partnership outcomes. Proven ability to develop, manage, and coordinate complex research projects in a multidisciplinary environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with exceptional writing and editing ability to convey complex content clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement across national and international, multi-centre research collaborations. Experience facilitating research linkages and partnerships, including with industry, consumers, and patients with lived experience. Knowledge of gynaecological cancer research is desirable, along with experience managing research agreements. You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply. Employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
