About

Your role at St John of God Health Care You will provide specialised senior commercial perioperative leadership support, development and training to enable hospitals to achievement of perioperative performance KPIs. As an experienced perioperative leader, with a commercial outlook looking to bring excellence, innovation and agility to our procedural areas to drive growth. The Position Leads the operational improvement of commercial procedural skillsets, capabilities, structure, organisation, processes and systems. Ensure all sites align to organisation-wide standard processes and measures of success, and develop appropriate training in support Lead the exploration, identification and implementation of opportunities to improve standardised systems and processes to drive organisation-wide KPIs Lead and implement communities of practice, and appropriate forums Identify and deliver specific improvements at each site to drive attainment of procedural KPIs Coach and support to develop appropriate skillsets and VMO relationship management in perioperative areas Support the implementation of new and innovative systems and processes Regularly evaluate and recommend implementation of improvements to standardised procedural optimisation systems and processes Identify new and innovative systems and processes that could be utilised at multiple or all sites including best practice from outside SJGHC Provide subject-matter advice and leadership You will have extensive experience and skills in peri-operative nursing in operational and leadership roles, with demonstrated leadership experience in procedural areas in a large organisation. You will possess strong analytical and highly developed strategic, conceptual and problem-solving skills with an ability to positively promote, influence and implement change. To succeed you will hold a Tertiary qualification as a Registered Nurse, or a higher qualification.
