Are you a motivated leader with management experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? Maha Prabhuji Pty Ltd, part of the growing Burrito Bar brand, is seeking a Manager to oversee store operations, lead a small team, and ensure the highest standards in service, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team to deliver high standards of customer service and operational performance.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management, stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain consistent high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction is a priority across all interactions.
• Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Identify training needs, coach staff, and ensure team members are skilled to meet operational and service expectations.
• Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements and food safety standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent experience in retail/food service management
• Minimum one year in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and customer service best practices
• Ability to thrive under pressure and make effective decisions
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
