We are seeking a Management Consultant / Business Improvement Manager to join our Commercial team within Wattle Powr Operations. This role will play a pivotal part in driving operational excellence, improving business processes, and ensuring that technology and systems are fully leveraged to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers and partners.

About the Role?Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will consult across business units to evaluate current processes, identify organisational gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will act as both strategist and operator—guiding teams through change, mentoring staff, and supporting the adoption of new systems and methods to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing objectives, strategies, and plans that enhance customer experience and ensure the effective use of resources and capabilities.
* Analyse and evaluate existing systems, processes, and structures to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Recommend proposals to improve workflows, redefine job functions, and strengthen operational methods.
* Support the implementation of approved improvements, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
* Provide advice and coaching to internal teams and external partners, supporting capability building and continuous improvement.
* Liaise with technology, sales, and operations teams to ensure enhancements to the UPowr platform are fully embedded into business practices.
* Coordinate with external stakeholders, including installers and service partners, to ensure effective delivery of renewable energy projects.
* Generate reports and insights from operational data, providing evidence-based recommendations to management.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Operations team.

Skills and Attributes
* Proven experience in business improvement, management consulting, or operational management within the renewable energy or technology sector.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing practical and innovative solutions.
* Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes to high standards.
* Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business.
* Demonstrated capability in mentoring and coaching teams through change.
* Passion for sustainability and an interest in leveraging technology to transform industries.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree desirable).
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management consulting, business improvement, or operational leadership.
