We are now seeking a qualified Management Consultant to provide strategic advice and drive business growth.

Role
The Management Consultant will evaluate our business operations, provide expert recommendations, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Analyse organisational structures, policies, systems, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide objective advice and develop recommendations on organisational change, restructuring, and resource optimisation.
• Assist management in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and business plans that align with organisational goals.
• Design and implement new systems, processes, and practices to improve overall efficiency and performance.
• Advise on business improvement initiatives including workforce planning, operational performance, and resource allocation.
• Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and business cases with practical and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide ongoing support where necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Management Consultant or in a similar advisory role.
