About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Planner (ANZSCO 312911) to coordinate, plan and oversee all preventative and corrective maintenance activities across our aged-care facility. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, asset performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules for plant, equipment and building assets
• Coordinate external contractors for HVAC, hydraulics, lifts, fire systems, kitchen equipment, access control, CCTV, and nurse call systems
• Maintain the CMMS, asset registers and compliance documentation
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely rectification of faults
• Assess asset performance and recommend upgrades or replacements
• Ensure safety, regulatory and accreditation requirements are met

Skills and Experience Required
• Minimum AQF Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in maintenance planning, asset management or engineering support roles
• Strong understanding of building systems, industrial equipment and compliance frameworks
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, service reports and maintenance data
• Excellent communication and contractor management skills
