Your new company
They are a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in the heart of Brisbane. As the Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance tasks as well as managing contractors.
Duties:

• Daily interior and exterior inspections
• Oversee and organisation contractors
• Building maintenance, repairs and preventive work
• Grounds maintenance tasks
• Coordinate incoming deliveries
• Perform regular checks of equipment

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential. If you have previous labouring experience and hold a valid driving licence, please apply!
