  • Maintenance Officer – Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites
  • Join a small, high-performing team in a hands-on role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Officer to support the Building Manager and ensure the smooth and safe operation of our iconic property at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Building Manager with day-to-day building operations and general maintenance tasks.
  • Work closely with our 24/7 Concierge and Security team to respond to onsite needs.
  • Conduct regular pool water testing and maintain cleaning plant equipment.
  • Complete general painting, repairs, and ongoing facility upkeep.
  • Support contractors with plumbing repairs and other scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Perform pre-alarm investigations and troubleshoot building or equipment issues.
  • Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Vingcard electronic lock systems.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or building services role (hotel or residential experience highly regarded).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, general repairs, and building systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, colleagues, and onsite teams.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to safety.
