Lake Lucas Almonds Pty Ltd is a dedicated grower and producer of high-quality almonds based in Meilman East, Euston NSW 2737. Lake Lucas Almonds Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time qualified Machinery Supervisor.
Salary is $76, 515 per annum plus super.
The Machinery Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the machinery operation, maintenance and coordination of machinery used for harvesting, irrigation, packaging and logistics.
The Machinery Supervisor should have at least a relevant Diploma as well as 2 years of experience in a supervisor role, preferably at a primary producer.
The Machinery Supervisor will be responsible for the following tasks:
· Perform machinery maintenance
· Operate machinery and equipment
· Supervises and coordinates employees who operate machines
· Prepares work schedules, assigns work and oversees the work
· Ensures machine operation is done correctly
· Monitors and evaluates production records and reports
