IP Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plate Roll/Role Press Operator to join our client’s team located in Bayswater. This is an excellent opportunity offering an immediate start and strong long-term potential for the right candidate.

To be successful in this role, candidates will need to be a skilled operator with experience in plate rolling, particularly in working with a wide range of materials and various techniques.

To be considered for this role all applicants will need to meet the following criteria:

Experience with rolling up to 32mm plate

Fluent with transitions

Cone rolling and overlay plate experience

Experience working with hard-face and specialty alloys (highly regarded)

Proficiency in operating:

Roundo PS 320 & 360 Rollers

Steelcraft slip rollers

Boilermaker skills and general fabrication experience

Be able to read detailed mechanical and fabrication drawrings

Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing (including random testing)

Reliable transport - Own car and drivers licence.
