All Axis is a South Australian manufacturer specialising in insulation and custom fabrication. We work with soft materials including polystyrene, polyurethane, rockwool, and aerogel to create high-performance products for industries across construction, HVAC, transport, and more.

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated team member who can work independently, show initiative, and bring a “can do, no problems only solutions” attitude to the role.

Key duties include:
Operating and learning to run a range of manufacturing machines (full training provided)
Handling and processing materials such as polystyrene, polyurethane, rockwool, and aerogel
Delivering products to clients (company vehicle provided)
General workshop cleaning and upkeep
Using general hand and power tools for basic fabrication tasks
Assisting with materials handling and packaging
Occasional direct interaction with clients and site staff

What we’re looking for:
Current driver’s licence
Current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work by yourself and display good initiative
Confidence using general tools and equipment
A strong problem-solving approach and positive mindset
Reliability, punctuality, and a focus on safety
