At Randstad we are seeking reliable Excavator and Loader Operators to join a busy waste and recycling plant in Burleigh Heads with an immediate start. If you are confident on the machines and want steady hours with solid pay, this role offers long-term security in a growing industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Running excavators and loaders to keep the plant moving
* Moving, sorting, and loading materials
* Daily machine checks and reporting any issues
* Following WHS procedures to keep the site running safely

What You’ll Need:

* Proven operating experience (excavator and loader)
* RII tickets & White Card
* A solid work ethic and safety-first mindset
* Willingness to put in extra hours when needed

Location: Burleigh Heads, QLD
Rate:$42–$44/hr + OT + weekly pay
