We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a proof of concept for converting 3ds max or Unreal engine files to Gaussian Splats efficiently. The goal is to achieve ease of creation, smallest file size, and maximum fidelity for architectural scenes. The project involves converting whole architectural exterior scenes, interiors, or sections where each area loads one at a time as the user moves through an environment.
