  • Job Description
  • An exciting opportunity is now available for an exceptionally talented Car Sales Executive to join our Dutton Garage team located in our incredible showroom in Richmond VIC.
  • You will be an experienced Sales Executive, specialising in luxury automotive sales, looking to be part of Australia’s most exciting dealer group. This vital position will provide a customer-focused sales approach and ensure monthly sales budgets, targets and KPI objectives are surpassed.
  • You will maintain and follow a structured sales process, provide service that exceeds customer expectations while enjoying a modern approach to the industry.
  • Qualifications

To be successful in the role you must have

  • A minimum 3 years in automotive sales, specifically luxury experience
  • A proven strong sales track record, meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets
  • An ability to handle customer concerns whilst maintaining an unwavering commitment to business practices
  • A customer focused attitude, coupled with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • The ability to be self-motivated and target driven
  • A commitment to total customer satisfaction;
  • Impeccable and professional presentation in order to represent the brand
  • A current valid driver’s license
