Role Overview: We are seeking a Product Development & Sourcing Manager with expertise in beauty, wellness, and fashion product manufacturing. You will lead the creation, sourcing, and production of skincare, beauty lotions, spa products, luxury bags, and silk wear, ensuring the brand maintains a luxury appeal while also exploring more accessible ranges. This role requires a strong understanding of international and Australian cosmetic and fashion manufacturing, supplier networks, and trend forecasting. Key Responsibilities: Source and manage suppliers for luxury and wellness skincare, beauty products, bags, and silk wear. Oversee product formulation, design, development, and quality control with manufacturers. Research market trends and recommend new product ideas that align with brand positioning. Manage costs, timelines, and production schedules to meet launch targets. Identify and negotiate with both local (Australian) and international suppliers. Ensure compliance with all Australian cosmetic, fashion, and labeling regulations. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product launches with brand strategy. Requirements: Proven experience in product development, sourcing, or manufacturing in beauty, wellness, or fashion. Strong network of suppliers and manufacturers in Australia and internationally. Knowledge of cosmetic and fashion product formulations, materials, packaging, and regulatory requirements. Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, creatively, and strategically. Desirable: Experience with both luxury and accessible product ranges. Passion for wellness, sustainability, fashion, and premium consumer experiences.
