In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing the Bunnings Flybuys loyalty program marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our Flybuys loyalty program, ensuring we attract, retain, and reward our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver the personalisation roadmap, support the annual go-to-market and trading plans for Flybuys, and lead new initiatives in the loyalty landscape Oversee all communications via Flybuys channels, particularly the Bonus Points offers program, in collaboration with category marketing and merchandise teams Work with internal data and analytics specialists to provide reports and analysis on program progression and effectiveness, and recommend improvements Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of loyalty marketing campaigns Develop campaigns that meet objectives within financial constraints, track expenses, and implement efficiencies to save time and resources Who We’re Looking For: You're a confident and experienced marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, and you're comfortable delivering presentations and working under pressure. Collaboration is your strength, and you can foster strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You're innovative, with a knack for problem-solving, and you have a strong customer focus. You’ll need: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, such as Loyalty Marketing or CRM, with experience in leading loyalty and/or personalisation projects Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence Proficient in CRM software, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms Knowledge of digital marketing trends, advertising regulations, and experience in campaign budget tracking Excellent organisation and time management and collaboration skills You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
