I’m looking for a virtual assistant who will help find the right candidates for various roles in our business. Your job will be to review job requirements, find candidates, conduct interviews until we hire the perfect person for the job. With this role, we’re looking for someone to help bring in new team members when needed and manage the team well. You’ll also be responsible for replying to customers and making sure tasks are done properly. Responsibilities: - Review job requirements provided by me. - Source candidates via their own network or other platforms. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates. - Set up interviews with candidates and ensure they meet the job requirements. - Conduct job trial period with candidates to determine suitability of role. - Continue the process until a candidate is hired. - Communicate with candidates and provide timely feedback. Requirements: - Proven recruiting experience - Ability to screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit. - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. - Organized and detail-oriented.
