**Job Description: Milestone 1 of 2 - Logo Designer for Kannopi E-Commerce Store** For this first milestone, we are currently seeking an innovative logo designer to develop a distinctive and visually appealing logo for our e-commerce store, Kannopi, which specializes in high-quality camping products. Our brand is focused on bringing comfort, and convenience to outdoor adventures, designed for families who want reliable and comfortable gear that enhances their outdoor experience. On successful completion of milestone 1, we will move onto Milestone 2, Packaging Design. **About Us:** Kannopi is an emerging e-commerce platform that caters specifically to families, who love to explore the great outdoors. Our product range includes everything from tents and sleeping bags to portable cooking gear and hiking accessories. We understand that camping is not just about exploration and being in nature, but also about enjoying the outdoors with a level of comfort and convenience, so that creating lasting memories and enjoying quality time together as a family, doesn’t come second to time spent setting up camp and getting your gear to work properly. Therefore, our brand aims to provide comfort, convenience, and a sense of adventure to our customers. **Target Audience:** Our primary target audience consists of families aged 25-55 who are looking for reliable and convenient camping gear. We want our logo to resonate with this demographic, conveying a sense of comfort, and a “we got you covered” approach. The design should evoke feelings of adventure while simultaneously assuring our customers that they can trust us to provide the best products for their outdoor journeys. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with us to understand the vision and values of the Kannopi brand. - Create a variety of logo concepts that embody the essence of our brand and appeal to our target audience. - Develop designs that communicate themes of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly adventure. - Present your logo concepts and iterate based on feedback from us to refine the designs until we achieve the perfect representation of our brand. - Brand Personality & Tone • Keywords: Comfort, Nature, Freedom, Warmth, Reliability • Tone: Friendly, approachable, trustworthy • Visual Inspiration: Natural elements (trees, campfires, mountains), warm earthy colours, minimalist design with outdoor vibes. • Should work well in full colour and black & white. • Must be scalable (for small labels and large banners). • Avoid overly complicated details; keep it clean and modern. • Provide versions for horizontal, square, and icon/logo mark • Editable vector files (.AI, .EPS) • PNG, JPEG, and PDF versions • Colour palette and font guidelines • Do something funky with the K of Kannopi **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a logo designer or graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful and attractive logos. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools. - Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate brand values into compelling visual designs. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. - A passion for outdoor activities and an understanding of the camping industry will be considered a plus. **Why Join Us?** As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand’s visual identity and contribute to our mission of providing families with unforgettable outdoor experiences.
