We are a biological agricultural business based in Mount Gambier, South Australia. We produce and ship our products across Australia, and we’re looking for reliable support to manage the logistics and order fulfilment side of our operations. This role will primarily involve coordinating the movement of our IBCs (1,000L tanks, approx. 1.15 tonnes each) with freight carriers, keeping shipments on track, and ensuring customers receive timely updates. You’ll have ownership of our order management process, which we currently track in Asana. **Note we will prefer candidates currently in Australia to ensure ease of communication where phone calls are necessary. Responsibilities: • Engage with freight carriers for shipment quotes • Map freight paths to towns/locations not yet covered • Lodge and track all shipments with carriers • Create shipping labels for orders • Monitor shipment statuses and notify customers of delivery progress • Follow up with customers to confirm delivery has been received • Coordinate supply orders and return shipments back to our factory/depots in Mount Gambier • Provide general oversight of our IBC process and order workflow in Asana We are a biological agricultural business based in Mount Gambier, South Australia.
