Key Responsibilities

• Smooth Order Processing: Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure efficient daily order processing.
• Logistics Management: Oversee transportation logistics, including carrier coordination.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce costs.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operational processes and recommend changes to improve workflows, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency.
• Cost Management: Monitor logistics and warehouse costs, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and reduce expenses without compromising quality.
• Organize and schedule shipments and deliveries
• Implement and maintain safety and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics & management.
• Good computer skills, proficient in warehouse management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

• Bachelor Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• Warehouse: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence (Required)
