Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support our brokerage with end-to-end loan application management. You must have strong experience using the Finsure / Infinity CRM platform and a solid background in the Australian mortgage industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare, validate, and submit loan applications (ApplyOnline / LoanApp / Podium) Review enquiries, assess eligibility, and ensure accurate data entry Track applications, provide updates, and follow up on missing information Liaise with lenders, clients, and stakeholders through to settlement Manage compliance documents and maintain up-to-date CRM records Provide general administrative support to the broker Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in Australian mortgage/lending Experience working with an Australian Mortgage Broker Strong knowledge of Finsure / Infinity CRM Proficient with Microsoft Office and mortgage software platforms Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently and in a team
