We are looking for an experienced AI & Automation Engineer to build a custom agent that will support our business operations. The system should connect to multiple platforms including cloud storage, IMAP, spreadsheets/docs, project management tools, communication channels, CRM, and ERP systems. First Stage (Phase 1) Import and process historical emails into a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) database. Develop an internal chatbot that can answer team questions and retrieve information from the database. Responsibilities Design and implement ingestion pipelines (emails, documents, messages). Build and configure RAG pipelines using a vector database. Develop chatbot/assistant logic for internal use. Set up secure integrations with selected platforms. Ensure scalability, logging, and safe data handling. Required Skills LLMs & RAG development (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar). Backend programming (Python or Node.js). API integrations across business platforms. Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.). Workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier). Preferred Background 5+ years backend/full-stack development. Experience deploying AI-powered automation systems. Track record of multi-platform integrations.
