We are looking for a skilled LinkedIn content and account manager to represent our company and leadership team on LinkedIn. We run Renewables.com.au (a large solar & electrical company) and Rural Solar (our regional brand operating across Queensland, NSW, and soon nationally). Our vision is to be positioned as a high-end, trustworthy, Australian-owned corporate brand — not just another “cheap solar company.” The primary goal of this role is to help establish our business as a big, powerful, and trustworthy industry leader. When potential customers, partners, or investors search for us online, we want them to see a strong, polished presence that makes them say: “Wow — these guys are the real deal.” Everything about our brand should inspire confidence and make us stand out as one of the most credible and established players in the market. This role involves managing and building up the personal LinkedIn profiles of myself (Tyson) and my business partner (James), as well as our company presence. The goal is to build strong online reputations, engage with the right audience, and ultimately generate credibility, trust, and commercial opportunities. Responsibilities: • Set up, refresh, and optimize LinkedIn profiles for both company directors. • Post professional, engaging content every 2–3 days (mix of original posts, curated industry articles, and company updates). • Write in a natural, clear, Australian voice — not robotic or foreign. • Engage with industry peers, potential partners, and relevant groups (without being spammy). • Ensure the content reflects a premium, corporate, Australian-owned brand image. • Track engagement and suggest improvements. • (Bonus) Actively build connections and relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders. Requirements: • Excellent written English (must sound like a natural Australian professional). • Experience managing LinkedIn profiles and content for executives/companies. • Ability to research and curate relevant industry articles/news. • Strong understanding of branding, tone, and professional etiquette. • Affordable, reliable, and proactive. Nice to Have: • Experience in solar, renewables, or energy industry. • Familiarity with Australian business/energy landscape.
