Role Overview:
As a Linisher, you will be responsible for the surface finishing of aluminium parts to meet high-quality standards for appearance and performance. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring our products meet client specifications and industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate linishing equipment to smooth and finish aluminium components.
Inspect parts for defects and ensure consistent surface quality.
Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.
Contribute to continuous improvement in finishing processes.

Requirements:
Previous experience in linishing or metal finishing (aluminium preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
