As a Lifestyle Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients, including those living with dementia. Under the guidance of the Team Leader and as part of a care team, you will drive a small bus from Villawood location to pick up and drop off clients for day respite care. You will provide individualised support and engaging leisure/recreational activities that cater to the social, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, physical, and intellectual needs of our clients. Permanent part time role, 4 days per week based in Social and Wellness Centre Minto and bus located in Villawood. Must have drivers' licence to drive the bus. What You'll Do Client-Centred Care: Respect and empower clients through personalised, empathetic support. Meaningful Engagement: Enrich lives with activities that foster joy, learning, and connection. Independence & Wellbeing: Promote autonomy using Christian Care and Rhythm of Life principles. Safe & Supportive Environment: Deliver holistic care, maintain safety, and support carers. Growth & Inclusion: Commit to continuous improvement, spiritual care, and cultural respect. What You'll Bring Cert III in Aged Care or willingness to work towards this (desirable). Cert IV in Leisure & Health or willingness to work towards this (desirable). Demonstrated experience in Aged Care (minimum 3 years). C Class Motor Vehicle Licence (essential), LR Class Licence (where required). Registered and Comprehensively Insured motor vehicle.
