Job Description Location: Melbourne Contract Type: Fixed Term – 12 Months Eligibility: Australian Citizens Only What You’ll Do As a trusted advisor, you’ll manage a diverse property portfolio and drive leasing outcomes that support national operations. You’ll lead negotiations for lease renewals, surrenders, make goods, and market rent reviews, while identifying new site opportunities and delivering best-in-class solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end lease negotiations and documentation Conduct market research, site inspections, and RFP/EOI processes Collaborate with Facilities, Projects, and Workplace Solutions teams Provide strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders Manage lease data, critical dates, and transaction reporting Drive continuous improvement and cost-effective outcomes What You’ll Bring 3+ years’ experience in commercial leasing or property transactions Proven success in complex lease negotiations and stakeholder engagement Strong market knowledge and financial acumen Real Estate Agent License or equivalent (state-specific) Tertiary qualifications in real estate or business (preferred) Advanced negotiation and influencing skills Experience working with government entities (highly regarded) Why Join Us?
