About the Role We are seeking a Learning Partner to join our People Experience team on a 12-month temporary basis. Reporting to the Learning and Capability Lead, this role is central to delivering leadership development and culture initiatives that are strategically aligned with Urban Utilities’ goals and values. As a trusted advisor, you will design and deliver programs such as the Leadership Ripple and Management Essentials, ensuring they reflect our unique culture, challenges, and workforce demographics. You’ll create tailored solutions that embed lasting behavioural change and provide measurable impact through better tracking of ROI. This role offers the opportunity to partner with leaders and teams to build capability, drive engagement, and create meaningful development experiences that strengthen performance across our business. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and design learning solutions that align with business priorities Deliver leadership and cultural development programs that reflect our unique culture and workforce Provide trusted advice to leaders to help embed new skills and behaviours Support transformational change by driving adoption of new learning initiatives Monitor impact, track ROI, and continuously improve programs and resources Champion innovative approaches to learning and development About You You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Training, Education, HR or related field (Cert IV TAE desirable) 5–7 years’ experience in learning and development, consulting, or capability advisory roles Strong expertise in leadership development and culture programs Proven ability to design and deliver tailored programs with measurable outcomes Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills A collaborative, trusted advisor approach with a growth mindset Why Join Us?
