About the Role This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering capability development programs—particularly across early career and leadership cohorts—and supporting cultural uplift initiatives. With a strong focus on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based practice, the Coordinator ensures the effective implementation of learning programs, manages logistics and budgets, and contributes to the continuous improvement of organisational capability. Key Responsibilities ● Graduate Program Coordination Support the design and structure of the graduate program, including planning and scheduling rotations. Coordinate external placements by managing agreements, timelines, and providing ongoing support to graduates. ● Graduate Support & Development Track graduate progress throughout their rotations and assist in the creation of individual development plans. Act as the central point of contact for graduates regarding training schedules, rotation adjustments, and mentoring program logistics. ● Stakeholder Engagement Provide timely and professional support to program participants across graduate, apprentice, and leadership cohorts. Build strong working relationships with cohort managers and department leaders to ensure alignment and smooth program delivery. Collaborate with P&E Business Partners to address cohort-related matters and provide accurate, timely advice. ● Recruitment Support Work closely with the recruitment team to assist with graduate and early career recruitment activities, including coordination of assessment centers I will and onboarding processes. ● Program Delivery Support Assist in the coordination and delivery of key learning initiatives such as women’s leadership, foundational leadership, and other capability-building programs. Support logistics including venue sourcing, booking, coordination of materials, and catering. ● Budget & Resource Management Assist in managing budgets for learning and development programs, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effective delivery of initiatives. ● Learning Systems & Reporting Support the use of learning systems including eLearning platforms, HRIS, and culture survey tools. Assist in data collection and reporting to evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement. ● Apprenticeship Program Support Provide administrative and coordination support for the Apprenticeships Academy, including liaising with training providers and employers, tracking apprentice progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements. ● Recognition Program Coordination Coordinate the Service Stream recognition program, including managing eligibility, rewards, communications, and reviewing outcomes to inform future enhancements. ● Framework Development Support Support the development and implementation of career pathways, leadership frameworks, and capability frameworks across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. About you ● A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or Business and/or an equivalent combination of formal qualifications and experience is preferred ● Experience in scoping, planning, managing, delivering, and evaluating large scale development and career strategies and initiatives within complex organisation ● Experience in coordinating and/or leading career programs such as Graduates or Apprentices is preferred Demonstrated outstanding people skills to support, influence, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with demonstrated experience in stakeholder management. ● Highly developed writing, presentation, and speaking skills to align with stakeholders and achieve support for task outcomes. ● Demonstrated ability to use data to identify themes and priority focus areas linked to strategic objectives. ● Demonstrated ability to be resilient and manage multiple work priorities to deliver project outcomes.
