We are on the hunt for a Leading Hand to join our award-winning team located at our Kerry Road facility. As a Leading Hand, you will: Provide active and visible leadership to employees to improve performance Train and develop team members, including coaching and mentoring Work with the scheduler and foreman to plan and prioritise work to the highest efficiency Ensure team members receive clear and concise instruction on their assigned tasks Ensure milestones are communicated and updated as required Proactively identify job quality and efficiency risks Manage and report defects and unsatisfactory practices to help promote quality and continuous improvement Ensure adverse environment impacts are identified and sustainability measures implemented as per Company policies and procedures Ensure apprentices obtain on the job feedback and opportunities to achieve competencies in an acceptable timeframe via on-the-job training.
