About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand to join our team on a contract basis for an exciting project in Erina, NSW. This role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position on-site, with the potential to progress into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities

Lead and support the site crew, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project on track

Carry out hands-on trade work while managing and mentoring team members

Maintain compliance with WHS procedures and project requirements

Requirements

Previous experience as a Leading Hand or in a supervisory trade role

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

White Card (essential)

Relevant trade qualification (desirable)

Driver’s licence and reliable transport
