We are a new event security company based in NSW, and we are looking for an experienced lead sourcer to help us build a high-quality database of contacts in the Greater Sydney area. Our target audience includes Event Coordinators, Event Managers, and Event Planners, as well as CEOs and Managing Directors of event venues such as stadiums, theatres, large function venues, hotels with event spaces, and conference centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and validating these contacts, and recording them in a Google Sheet. We only require the following information for each lead: Business Name, Website, Location, First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Phone Number, Personal Email, Personal LinkedIn, and Company LinkedIn. All data must be accurate, up to date, and verified. Email bounce rates must remain under 1%. To start, we will need an initial batch of 1,000 verified leads, and for the right candidate, this will grow into long-term ongoing work with the potential for thousands of leads per month. We will also require five free trial leads so that we can assess the quality of your research before awarding the contract. We are looking for freelancers who have experience with LinkedIn (preferably Sales Navigator), event industry research, and email verification tools. You may use any research methods or tools you prefer, as long as the leads are valid, in the Greater Sydney area, and meet our requirements. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical. In your proposal, please explain your relevant experience, the tools you use, your pricing model (per lead, per batch, or monthly), and the expected delivery time for the first 1,000 leads. Be sure to confirm that you can meet our quality requirements and provide the trial sample. Candidates who deliver consistent, accurate work will be rewarded with ongoing projects and potential rate increases.
