What the Work Actually Requires You will be researching electricians in Australia and identifying the real business owner - not staff, not reception, not “info@”, not “admin@”, and not someone loosely connected to the business. For every single lead, you must correctly identify: -Business name -Website -Owner / Founder / Director’s full name -The owner’s direct email (verified and extremely low-bounce only) -The owner’s LinkedIn profile -One validating note confirming you checked everything properly Every data point must match across sources. If one detail is inconsistent, the entire lead is invalid. This is not simple “copy and paste research.” You must think, cross-verify, and confirm accuracy with discipline. If you cannot sustain that level of consistency, you will not last here. Strict Requirements -Excellent English -Ability to verify emails using proper verification tools -Extremely detail-oriented - mistakes are not tolerated -Experience in lead sourcing, data mining, and accuracy-based research -Must work exclusively in Google Sheets -Must follow instructions without deviation -If you cannot maintain full accuracy every day, do not apply What to Include in Your Application -A brief, direct introduction (skills only, no stories) -Your rate per lead -A sample of 10 electrician leads in Australia, formatted exactly like the sheet below -Do NOT request edit access -Make your own duplicate and submit your work. Selection Process 1. If your 10-lead sample shows real accuracy, you will receive the 25-lead accuracy test. 2. Only those who demonstrate near-perfect consistency move to the paid trial. 3. During the paid trial, any day of poor accuracy ends the contract. We hire slowly, and only hire people who treat accuracy as a professional standard - not a suggestion.
