We are Prowall Construction, a Melbourne-based company specialising in earthworks and retaining wall packages for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a motivated and confident Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to help us connect with domestic builders across Melbourne and Victoria. Your role will be to: Make outbound calls to a targeted list of builders and construction companies. Introduce Prowall’s services (earthworks + retaining wall packages). Identify if they have a current or upcoming need for these services. Secure contact details of key decision-makers (owners, directors, construction managers, estimators). Set appointments with decision-makers for our Directors to discuss project needs. Responsibilities Cold calling and outbound prospecting. Qualifying leads and capturing accurate contact information. Scheduling and confirming appointments in our calendar. Updating call logs and notes into a provided CRM Hubspot or spreadsheet. Representing Prowall professionally, focusing on relationship-building. Requirements Proven experience in cold calling, sales development, or appointment setting (B2B). Strong communication skills in English Australian Accent (clear and confident). Ability to handle objections and steer conversations toward value and get the contact details as a minimum. Self-motivated and results-driven. Familiarity with construction industry is a plus (not essential). Deliverables / KPIs Number of calls completed daily/weekly. Number of qualified leads generated. Number of confirmed appointments booked.
