Your job is to ensure every number is reliable, every pixel is firing, and every decision we make is backed by data. Key Deliverables: - SOP for Meta ads setup - SOP for setting up custom conversions - SOP for data tracking and reporting - Google Sheets dashboard for funnel metrics - Weekly reporting with clear insights + recommendations Success Metrics: - Tracking Accuracy: Leads tracked cleanly from ad → CRM → closed deal - Reporting Cadence: Weekly reports on time, every time - SOP Completion: Systems documented and usable by the wider team - System Reliability: Ads, tracking, and reporting run without errors - Client Confidence: Clear numbers that inspire trust in delivery Requirements (Must-Haves) Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager (high-ticket funnel context) Deep knowledge of pixels + Conversion API setup Comfortable inside Go High Level (GHL) Strong Google Sheets/data tracking skills Systems thinker — can map a funnel from click → close Nice-to-Haves: - Experience with Zapier, Google Tag Manager, or other integrations - Prior agency/funnel-building background - Knowledge of high-ticket sales processes What You’ll Work On: - Setting up ads that actually track all the way to booked calls + deals - Building systems that let leadership make confident, data-driven decisions - Creating clarity for clients who want proof their spend is paying off Trial Test: Instead of a generic task, we want to see your work in action.
