KK Admin Pty Ltd is seeking full-time Lead Educators (Child Care Worker 421111) to join our team is various locations. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

You will be responsible for:
• Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
• Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.
• Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
Do you possess these qualities and qualifications:
• Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA equivalent.
• At least 1year of working experience in a similar role.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
• Paid working with children check (blue Card).
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
• Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
• Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
• Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
• An understanding of EYLF.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working hours:
You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.

The salary on offer is $70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience) plus 12% superannuation.
