Sonya McGuire Parfumerie www.sonyafragrance.com is launching our signature fragrances Jardin de Lumière & Très Jolie across Gold Coast & Byron Bay in a French garden-inspired boutique event. This launch is proudly sponsored by ACIT & IFTV College (www.acit.edu.au). We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Launch & Distribution Manager to oversee ( both remote and event land team): Key Responsibilities: 1. Launch & Event Coordination • Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, cancellations, and reminders • Coordinate with local vendors (venues, florists, photographers, stylists) • Track event timeline, logistics, and staff assignments • Provide on-the-day support remotely for smooth execution 2. Stockist & Distribution Management • Maintain and update stockist database • Coordinate sending product samples, PR kits, and inventory for launch • Track deliveries and follow-up with stockists • Handle stockist orders and reporting post-event 3. Publicity & Influencer Coordination • Communicate with media, influencers, and VIP guests • Track engagement, social media mentions, and influencer posts • Organize PR kit dispatch and ensure timely delivery 4. Digital & Social Support • Schedule and coordinate social media content for launch promotion • Assist with captions, visuals, and reporting engagement • Support influencer and press content posting 5. Reporting & Administration • Maintain spreadsheets or Airtable for guest, stockist, and influencer tracking • Weekly reporting to founder • Track KPIs: RSVP rates, stockist orders, influencer engagement Requirements: • Proven experience in event launches, brand distribution, or PR for luxury/lifestyle products • Strong organisational and communication skills • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Canva, Airtable, or simple CRMs • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines Hours & Rate: • Part-time, 10–20 hours/week (flexible) • Hourly rate negotiable based on experience Why Join Us: • Work directly with the founder of a luxury fragrance brand • Be part of a high-profile, French garden-inspired launch • Manage stockist distribution, PR, and influencer engagement • Opportunity for ongoing collaboration To Apply: Please submit: 1.
