We are a contract tree planting company specializing in large civil and commercial projects. Our ethos centres around integrity and quality. Everyone on our team is handpicked for their onsite demeanour and attitude in addition to their ability. We offer large-scale planting services for projects ranging from wetlands to streetscapes and everything in between. Whether it be a small site with a couple of people polishing off a few thousand plants in a day, all the way up to a team of fifteen putting in over 750,000 stock over the course of a couple months, we have dedicated experienced teams trained to read complex site plans, communicate with clients and manage our internal teams' quality.

We are now looking for Landscape Gardeners to work with our team. To apply you need to have a passion for the industry, be physically fit, have a minimum of 6 months Australian forestry planting and 6 months civil planting with team leader experience. You must have experience with tree guards, pole planting, pottiputki planting and fertilizer installation. Also Have experience with Cobber guns, augers, angle grinders. You must also have a white card and a car and current licence. A high level of professional integrity and attention to detail a must. We are offering $75K - $80K

Essential Skills
• Be able to plant trees of all sizes and scopes in different and changing site and ground conditions
• Be able to lift, lay jute mat and install tree guards
• Be able to correspond and interact with clients in person
• Have a high level of professional integrity and attention to detail
• Be able to manage teams
• Be able to train new planters
• Be able to do administrative tasks as required
• Prepare plans, drawings, selecting materials, plants, and scheduling landscape construction
• Setting out and installing hardscape and softscape structures
• Preparing seedbeds and growing sites
• Planting trees, bushes, hedges, flowers and bulbs
• Preparing lawn areas by spreading topsoil and planting grass, and by laying instant turf
