We are looking for an experienced landscape designer to assist with the concept development for a residential project in Australia. Surveys and site levels have already been completed, and we are now seeking support to develop an overall landscape concept that responds to the site, integrates with the home, and reflects the client’s lifestyle. Scope of Work: - Review existing surveys and site levels. - Develop an overall landscape concept plan that incorporates key elements (hardscape, planting zones, pool/spa areas, outdoor living, play zones, etc.). - Consider functionality, flow, and aesthetics in the design. - Provide concept drawings and visualisations to clearly communicate the design intent. - Ensure concept works cohesively with the existing architectural plans. Requirements: - Proven experience in residential landscape design. - Proficiency in CAD, Revit, or other relevant design/drafting programs. - Strong creative design skills with the ability to balance practicality and aesthetics. - Knowledge of Australian planting and climate considerations (preferred). - Clear communication and collaborative working style. Deliverables: - Overall landscape concept plan. - Supporting drawings/sketches/visualisations. - Recommendations for key materials and planting approaches (high-level, not detailed documentation). Ideal Candidate: - Strong portfolio of residential landscape projects. - Experience working with architects and interior designers to achieve cohesive outcomes. - Familiarity with Australian residential projects is an advantage but not essential.
