Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling and facilitation of small to medium sized meetings and workshops with key stakeholders to gather business needs.
- Business Case development in conjunction with the Strategic Asset Management Framework.
- Progression of the Business Case through funding submission cycle and liaison with external stakeholders.
- Business process analysis, process diagrams development, gap analysis and recommendation on processes improvement.
- Creating a range of detailed plans, workflows and checklists to support Business Case development.
- Working closely with stakeholders and project teams to analyse business processes procedures and requirements in order to establish requirements and ensure solutions support the defined scope of business requirements.
- Provision of best practice and unbiased solution advice based on requirements.
- Participation in weekly progress meetings with key Managers.
