🚨 High-Performance VA Wanted – Be the Backbone of a $10M Execution System (Not Admin) Contract-to-Hire | $7–$12/hr | 20–30 hrs/week | A Life Plus We’re scaling A Life Plus, a ready-made meals brand in Australia, to $10M+ in net profit. To get there, we’re running high-speed KPI tests across CAC, CLTV, and Gross Margin — and we need a world-class VA to make sure the whole machine keeps moving. This is not a fluffy admin role. You’ll act as a project enforcer, traffic controller, and execution watchdog, helping us track progress, chase delays, and keep everything running on time. 🧠 Who This Role Is For You’ll love this role if you: Hate seeing tasks fall through the cracks and instinctively chase things down Like running organized trackers and keeping multiple projects moving Are confident writing short, clear reminders and updates in English Are comfortable using Google Sheets and ChatGPT Bonus: You’ve worked in eCommerce, especially with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, or Google Ads 💼 What You'll Be Doing Daily Ops & Follow-Ups Track live tests across CAC, CLTV, and Gross Margin in Google Sheets Follow up with operators or team members if someone hasn’t updated in 24–48 hours Draft polite but firm reminder messages using ChatGPT or your own templates Log daily updates, rating changes, and KPI movement from operators Creative, Access & Asset Tasks Track UGC deliverables (video ads) and organize by creator, angle, and date Rename and label files for proper upload in trackers or Drive folders Double-check if suppliers have responded or samples have been delivered Back-End Support Tasks Help set up Shopify/Klaviyo access for new team members 🎯 What Success Looks Like No test goes stale: you chase the update before anyone else notices Every tracker is clean and current — deadlines flagged, statuses updated The team runs faster because you remove friction and confusion Creative files, contracts, and communications are all findable in seconds ✅ Must-Have Skills Google Sheets (filtering, basic formulas, formatting) ChatGPT (to write messages, update summaries, and save time) English fluency (you’ll be writing messages to team members) Quick learner — we’ll show you the system, but we need fast pickup Strong attention to detail — typos, missed deadlines, or file messiness aren’t okay ⏱️ Availability 20–30 hours/week to start Shift range: 10AM–10PM Sydney time, ideally Mon–Sun coverage Must reply quickly during your working hours (this is a live system) 💬 Application Questions (Answer All) A team member hasn’t updated their KPI in 2 days. What would you do, step by step? You’re tracking 12 live tests across 3 lanes. How would you stay on top daily? Write a polite but firm reminder message for a missed update (2–3 sentences).
