We’re a Australian skincare brand looking for a Klaviyo expert — not someone outsourcing please. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME trying to hire someone, i've become impatient with people telling lies about what they can and can't do. This is NOT a job for agencies or middlemen. If you don’t do the work yourself, please do not apply. ⸻ ✅ What We Need Help With: We have a Klaviyo account already running with basic flows. We want someone experienced to: 1. Audit & improve our existing Welcome Series 2. Review and enhance our Abandoned Cart flow 3. Build a smart Replenishment Flow across 8 different products • Triggered based on purchase timeframes • Adjusts depending on user engagement (did they reorder? ignore? clicked but didn’t purchase?) • Includes conditional logic and potentially a follow-up educational or loyalty segment 4. Work on all remaining flows to get better results from it 5. Reputation repair and engage audience through various emails ⸻ 🚫 What We DON’T Want: • No retainers. • No copy-paste flows. ⸻ 💡 What We’re Looking For: • You personally understand the strategy behind Klaviyo flows • You can build the flows directly inside our account • You have strong design skills or work alongside a designer you manage and guarantee • You know how to drive conversions through email — smart sequencing, conditional paths, etc. We have a set of designs already made that you can use to create for new ones.
