About the role:
This position is a permanent full time Kitchen Hand role within the hospital’s Dietary Services team. The role supports the safe, efficient, and high-quality preparation and delivery of food services to patients, staff, and hospital departments.

Hours :
Full time Permanent position working 38 hours a week from Tuesday to Saturday in the 6:30am to 14:30pm shift. Please note your availability for a 6am start is essential for this role!

You are a dependable and proactive team member with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality food services in a healthcare environment. You take pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and team members
• Strong customer service focus and a friendly, helpful attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and works effectively as part of a team
• Understands and applies safe food handling and hygiene practices
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety documentation
• Maintains excellent personal hygiene and professional presentation
