Due to a pipeline of works that is only growing, our client is looking to expand their team and welcome a Junior Contract Administrator…could this be you?
Your new role
Joining an experienced and growing team, your role as a Junior Contract Administrator will involve the following:


Subcontract tendering
Claim assessments
Variations management
Design coordination
Document control
RFI management
Operating Procore, EstimateOne, and Sign on Site platforms
Assisting with the pricing and planning of upcoming projects
Defect identification
Ordering materials
Procurement.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be locally based on the Sunshine Coast and have proven experience as a Junior or Cadet Contract Administrator. You will have full Australian working rights, a Driver's Licence, and a willingness to learn.
