is seeking a reliable and motivated Junior Baker’s Assistant to join our team — with a firm 6:00am start, Tuesday through Saturday.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the early hours and enjoys being part of the action as our fresh breads and pastries come to life each morning. Punctuality and reliability for our 6:00am start are essential.

About the Role

Working alongside our experienced bakers, you will assist with:

• Preparing ingredients and supporting daily production
• Shaping, baking, and finishing breads and pastries
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• General kitchen and bakery duties

• Someone who is dependable and consistently on time for early starts
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• A team-focused mindset

Previous kitchen or bakery experience is helpful but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person who brings enthusiasm and dedication.
