Summary Description: We are seeking a JotForm specialist to assist with digitising our Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and employee forms. All forms currently exist in Word (with a couple in Excel). The task is to: Convert these into JotForm. Make amendments where required so they function correctly. Update each form with version number and date. From our review, the forms are generally suitable and ready to be uploaded. I have trialled the first form myself and partially completed it, but neatness and formatting are not my strong point — so we’d like a professional finish across the board. In addition, we require the JotForm App to be set up so all forms can be easily accessed by staff. 📋 Forms to Be Digitised 17 critical forms (SWMS, JSAs, pre-start checklists, etc.) 13 secondary forms All already exist in Word (and 2 in Excel). ✅ Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Proven experience with JotForm.
