Are you a skilled Joiner/Installer looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company? Look no further! We are seeking a talented full time Joiner/Installer to join our team at NC Slater Joinery. As a Joiner/Installer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful installation and finishing of our high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

JOINERY Installation: responsibilities included, but not limited to:
o Joinery Installation, including cabinet, kitchen, bathrooms, and wardrobes;
o Joinery services, including commercial and residential;
o Joinery factory work, including cabinet making;
o Studying drawings and specifications to determine materials and dimensions required;
o Selecting materials and preparing layouts;
o Erecting framework, panelized systems and roof framing;
o Cutting wood joints.

Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of timesheets, work completed, and any client requests or changes.

Requirements:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Joiner/Installer.
Trade Qualifications: Relevant joinery or carpentry qualifications.
Skills: Proficient in using hand and power and joinery tools, including track saw
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Safety: Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
